Preparation Time: 7 mins
Serves 6

This Recipe was created on my recent retreat held on the sacred Shanti Bhavan in Northern NSW.  The produce is grown on the land and our challenge was to prepare food for the guests from the land.  The bananas were not ripe, so I had to act fast on my feet & as such this was the wonderful result.  I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.  Feel free to add banana if you so choose, But it really doesn’t need it.  This smoothie is quite filling & contains lots of superfood and plant based goodness!  This recipe makes enough for 6 people so feel free to reduce it for you alone.
